2. Relationship to Platform Subscriptions

These Terms cover your use of the Website only. Access to and use of the Inturol platform (the "Platform") under a paid subscription, evaluation, or pilot is governed by a separate written agreement between Inturol and your organisation (such as a subscription agreement, order form, and data processing addendum). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and that agreement with respect to the Platform, that agreement prevails.

3. The Website, Demonstrations, and Personalised Links

The Website provides information about Inturol and its Services and allows you to request a demonstration or otherwise contact us. From time to time we may provide you with access to interactive demonstrations, evaluation materials, or personalised links and content prepared for you. You agree that:

• Such demonstrations and materials are provided for evaluation and informational purposes only
• Any data shown in a demonstration is illustrative and should not be relied upon as accurate, complete, or representative of actual results
• Personalised links and materials are intended for the recipient and may be deactivated or changed by us at any time
• We may measure engagement with such links and materials as described in our Privacy Policy

• Inturol's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Website shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
• The limitations in this section apply regardless of whether Inturol has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and they do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
